The Yes List is intended to help people discover products. Recommendations are informational and personal preference is subjective. We do not guarantee a product's availability, fit, color accuracy, quality, price, or suitability.

Retailer purchases

Purchases are made directly with the retailer. The retailer's terms, shipping, returns, and customer-service policies apply to that transaction.

Intellectual property

The Yes List owns its original content and design. Product images, descriptions, trademarks, and other retailer materials are used only where permitted by their owners or applicable partner terms.

Updates

We may update these terms as The Yes List develops. The current version is posted on this page; continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
