If you contact us or join the waitlist, we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, interest in beta testing or early access, and consent to receive access updates. In a recommendation experience, we may also collect the fit, color, style, occasion, and budget preferences you voluntarily submit.

How information may be used

We may use that information to reply to you, manage beta participation, send access updates you requested, improve The Yes List, and operate the service. We do not sell personal information.

Demo activity

We may record aggregate interactions with the public demo, such as a demo start, profile completion, demo run, completed review, fictional retailer-click intent, or feedback selection. These records do not include the demo's profile answers, measurements, email address, item-by-item choices, or retailer product data. If you voluntarily use the post-demo feedback form, we store its usefulness rating and any written comment you submit. Please do not include contact details, measurements, or medical information in that comment.

Service providers and links

We use service providers to host the website, deliver email, and operate the service. Retailer links take you to third-party sites governed by their own privacy policies. Affiliate networks and retailers may process information under their own policies when you use a product link.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about or update the personal information we hold about you. We will respond as required by applicable law.
