Information we may collect

If you contact us or join the waitlist, we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, interest in beta testing or early access, and consent to receive access updates. In a recommendation experience, we may also collect the fit, color, style, occasion, and budget preferences you voluntarily submit.

How information may be used

We may use that information to reply to you, manage beta participation, send access updates you requested, improve The Yes List, and operate the service. We do not sell personal information.

Your profile and optional account

You can shop without an account. Your device profile stores the fit and color choices you accept in this browser. Exact measurements stay in memory unless you choose to remember them on the device. Where account saving is available, signing in lets you save the same profile with Supabase and restore it on another device. Exact measurements are uploaded only when you explicitly choose to save that measurement set across devices. Current shopping choices, such as category, occasion and weather, are not part of your saved profile.

You can clear measurements, reset your profile, or delete your shopper account from your profile page. Account changes require a connection; the page shows when a change has not yet synced. Signing out clears the account profile from this browser and keeps the saved account copy. Devices that are offline may retain an earlier device copy until they reconnect or you clear it there. Deleting an account removes its active saved profile; provider backups follow the provider’s retention settings.

Demo activity

We may record aggregate interactions with the public demo, such as a demo start, profile completion, demo run, completed review, fictional retailer-click intent, or feedback selection. These records do not include the demo's profile answers, measurements, email address, item-by-item choices, or retailer product data. If you voluntarily use the post-demo feedback form, we store its usefulness rating and any written comment you submit. Please do not include contact details, measurements, or medical information in that comment.

Service providers and links

We use service providers to host the website, deliver email, and operate the service. Retailer links take you to third-party sites governed by their own privacy policies. Affiliate networks and retailers may process information under their own policies when you use a product link.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about or update the personal information we hold about you. We will respond as required by applicable law.
